Quality & Compliance

Inspection-ready workmanship with the documentation contractors typically request for onboarding and closeout.

Common Safety & Compliance Items We Support

Every site is different. Before mobilizing, we confirm your requirements so you’re not chasing paperwork or rework mid-stream. When requested, we can support:

  • COI / Insurance verification (general liability and any job-specific requirements you provide)
  • Qualifications & certifications (AWS D1.1 certification documentation as applicable to scope)
  • Onboarding documents (W-9, vendor setup info, company identifiers)
  • JHA / AHA participation aligned to the controlling contractor/facility process
  • Toolbox talks & daily coordination with site safety expectations
  • SDS access for consumables brought to site and housekeeping controls
  • Closeout alignment (photos, punch-list corrections, and documentation handoff as required)

Safe Execution on Active Jobsites

Our workflow is designed to reduce risk and keep your crews moving:

  • Pre-task planning: confirm access, staging, hazards, and sequencing before we strike an arc
  • Area control: barricades, signage, spark containment, and disciplined housekeeping
  • Fall protection coordination: follow site rules and coordinate anchorage/access planning
  • Lift/aerial coordination: work within established access plans and site procedures
  • Occupied / sensitive environments: protect finishes, isolate sparks, and minimize disruption
  • Clear communication: we stay aligned with foremen/supers so the schedule doesn’t drift
Need a safety packet for onboarding?

Send your site requirements and we’ll return the documentation you need for mobilization. If it’s a schedule-critical scope, include location + timeline and we’ll respond quickly.

Note: Site requirements vary by controlling contractor/facility. Kings Mobile Welding will comply with project-specific safety rules, access restrictions, and permit procedures provided by site leadership.
